Due to the digital nature of online courses and downloadable materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Access to video lessons, recordings, PDFs, and written materials is granted immediately after purchase. Therefore, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges cannot be provided.
For live events or retreats, separate cancellation conditions may apply.
